Welcome to the 2023-2024 Glastonbury Youth Wrestling Season!!
New to Wrestling? No problem - stop by and try it out to see if this is the right fit for you (just need comfortable clothing, socks and a water bottle).

Registration for Wrestling is still going on...waiting to some new and old faces.

Registration:

Officially takes place first two weeks of practice however we are an open program and would would like to see everyone try it out. After the 2nd week if you're still interested, come to the tables at practice (talk to Sandy/Renee) or email program director, Chris Berube.

For Registration:

1. Complete registration on website,

2. Print out Code of Conduct (both parent and wrestlers need to sign) and bring with you,

3. Print Waiver of Liability (parent to fill out) and bring with you,

3. Register wrestler through USA Wrestling and pay fee (link to site is on our Info Page),

4. GYW Registration fee options: check (made out to Glastonbury Youth Wrestling), cash or Venmo.

Where:

Gideon Welles Auxiliary Room - Enter the school through the side door by the gym. *Remember - do not wear wrestling shoes outside.

When:

(Beginners) - Regular Weekly Practices: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

(Advanced) - Regular Weekly Practice: Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday, 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Season Session:

Wrestling season runs from Nov. 8th to late February/early March depending on state tournaments.

At Glastonbury Youth Wrestling, we are here to support your son or daughter as they develop the skills to shape them into leaders of the future. At GYW, we believe in the power that children hold and know that they will shape the future.
